Job summary

Kraken is seeking an experienced program manager to join our Data & Audit Readiness team in Canada. This role focuses on building the processes and artifacts that keep our data platforms audit ready, with a strong emphasis on governance and control documentation.

You will act as the program management layer between Data, Internal Audit, Risk, Security, Finance, Compliance, and external auditors. You will own inventories, playbooks, catalogs, and access processes, turning audit requests into

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in regulated environments.
• Experience with SOC, SOX, and IT general controls.
• Experience coordinating audit engagements between technical teams and auditors.
• Strong documentation and inventory/playbook development skills.
• Knowledge of data cataloging and governance to support audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the program management layer for Data during audits.
• Own audit readiness as an ongoing practice with inventories and playbooks.
• Create and manage an inventory of audit tests and response playbooks.
• Maintain data source catalogs with readiness status and improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Security, and Compliance during audits.
• Manage auditor data access roles to ensure fit-for-purpose access.
