Job summary

C5MI Insights LLC is seeking a Senior SAP MDG Consultant to design, configure, and support SAP MDG within an SAP S/4HANA environment for a large modernization program. You will establish governance across financial, material, and business partner data, including custom domains via the MDG flex option.

You will own the governance solution design, data model, rule framework, and replication architecture, and represent the discipline in design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s/advanced cert a plus.
• 5+ years of SAP MDG experience including design ownership on at least one full lifecycle implementation.
• Experience designing governance process architecture with change requests, workflows, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Owns MDG solution design across master data domains and governance processes.
• Designs governance workflow patterns, approval hierarchies, and auditable controls.
• Designs data replication across a multi-system landscape and mapping strategies.
• Leads data quality management, including validation and duplicate detection.
• Establishes MDG configuration standards and extension guidance for the team.
• Supports security and stewardship policies, role-based governance authorizations.
