Job summary

3Pillar Global is an AI transformation partner helping enterprises build AI-native products and intelligent agents. This remote-first role focuses on owning solution architecture from design to deployment across global teams, shaping technical vision and standards.

You will lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with clients to define scalable, secure cloud-native solutions while leveraging AI/GenAI capabilities. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years as a Software, Solution, or Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with more than one technology stack.
• Background/exposure to AI tools and technologies.
• Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment practices.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, architectural patterns, and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with UML / C4 / ArchiMate.
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Own solution architecture from design through implementation and deployment. Define technical vision, architecture strategy, standards, and roadmap.
