Job summary

3Pillar Global seeks an experienced Enterprise/Software Architect to own end-to-end architecture for AI-driven solutions. You will shape technical vision, set standards, and drive cloud-native architectures across multiple stacks.

The role requires strong leadership, client communication, and the ability to mentor engineering teams. You will work with global teams on complex, scalable systems and play a key role in delivering secure, performant software across industries.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience required.
• 5+ years as Software, Solution, or Enterprise Architect.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor teams.
• Experience across multiple technology stacks.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud and cloud-native architectures.
• Exposure to AI tools and GenAI capabilities.
• Solid DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment practices.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, patterns, and scalable distributed systems.
• Familiarity with UML, C4, ArchiMate modeling.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture from design through deployment.

• Translate business and non-functional requirements into architecture.
• Design scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own solution architecture from design through implementation and deployment. Define technical vision, architecture strategy, standards, and roadmap. Work with stakeholders to understand business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI . Identify architectural risks and define mitigation strategies. Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture/code reviews, and mentor engineering teams. Collaborate with global teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to clients

Must-Have Skills

• 15+ Years of IT Experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software, Solution, or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong Solution Architect mindset .
• Experience with more than one technology stack ; open to any technology background.
• AWS Cloud – Mandatory .
• Background/exposure to AI tools and technologies .
• Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment practices .
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, architectural patterns, and scalable distributed systems .
• Experience with UML / C4 / ArchiMate .
• Strong English communication and client-facing skills .
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and ETL.
• SaaS and cloud-native architecture experience.
