Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Lead Data Engineer / Architect to own data architecture, pipelines, models, and automation behind revenue analytics on the Provider Revenue Operations team.

The role builds data for sales dashboards, month-end close, payment validation, and leadership reporting, collaborating with technical teams and business partners to deliver scalable solutions that meet current needs and support growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics architecture.
• Expert knowledge of ETL/ELT, data models for sales or revenue reporting.
• Advanced SQL, Python for large-scale data processing.
• Strong data modeling including metadata and lineage.
• Experience with cloud/on-prem/hybrid platforms including SaaS.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, Outreach, and finance systems.
• Ability to lead complex data initiatives with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support a cloud-based data environment for revenue data.
• Define Revenue Operations data architecture and cloud models.
• Own full data lifecycle from collection to dashboards.
• Automate data flows for month-end close.
• Build data models and semantic layers for Power BI/Tableau.
• Ensure data products are accurate, reliable, scalable.
