You will partner with stakeholders, build self-service reporting, and help shape our AI strategy while supporting migrations and data-product updates in a hybrid setup with on-site days at Las Colinas.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, BI, or a similar role.
• Strong communication: translate requirements to tech.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong Python skills for ETL, APIs, automation.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar.
• Knowledge of data modeling and BI best practices.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and operations to translate workflows into analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Write production Python to automate processes and data pipelines.
