Job summary

BrothersTech is seeking a Senior Data Architect to design and oversee enterprise data architecture across data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse platforms. You will define standards, models, and governance to support scalable, compliant data solutions for the organization.

The role collaborates with data engineers, DBAs, data scientists, BI developers, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable data flows, secure access, and cost-efficient analytics infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in data engineering, database architecture, data warehousing, or enterprise data architecture.
• Strong experience designing enterprise data models and data integration solutions.
• Expertise in SQL, relational databases, and database performance optimization.
• Experience with data warehouse and data lake architectures.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, distributed processing, and data orchestration.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, and data lineage.
• Experience with data security, encryption, access controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, technical leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
