Job summary
RAYVEN IT Solutions seeks a Data Engineering Manager & Architect to lead enterprise-scale data migration and engineering initiatives in a regulated Life Sciences/Pharma environment. You will architect scalable data solutions, coordinate onshore/offshore delivery, and partner with executives to translate requirements into technical strategies.
The role requires 15+ years in data engineering/architecture, strong Azure/Databricks expertise, and experience with large-scale data migration programs,
Qualifications
- 15+ years in Data Engineering/Data Architecture.
- Strong expertise in Azure, Databricks, data migration, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data quality.
- Experience with large-scale, multi-domain data migration programs.
- Strong client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma and regulated environments preferred.
- Knowledge of SAFe/Agile, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and HIPAA is a plus.
- Experience with Dataverse/Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data migration, ETL/ELT, data quality, and analytics initiatives.
- Architect scalable data solutions using Azure and Databricks.
- Partner with business leaders and executives to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead onshore/offshore teams and coordinate delivery with RTE/SAFe programs.
- Drive data governance, security, compliance, schema evolution, and data quality.
- Own architecture, delivery, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
