Job summary

RAYVEN IT Solutions seeks a Data Engineering Manager & Architect to lead enterprise-scale data migration and engineering initiatives in a regulated Life Sciences/Pharma environment. You will architect scalable data solutions, coordinate onshore/offshore delivery, and partner with executives to translate requirements into technical strategies.

The role requires 15+ years in data engineering/architecture, strong Azure/Databricks expertise, and experience with large-scale data migration programs,

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Data Engineering/Data Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Azure, Databricks, data migration, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data quality.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-domain data migration programs.
• Strong client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Life Sciences/Pharma and regulated environments preferred.
• Knowledge of SAFe/Agile, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and HIPAA is a plus.
• Experience with Dataverse/Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration, ETL/ELT, data quality, and analytics initiatives.
