Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing on-premises and cloud data tech stacks.
• Advanced data architecture design with cloud services and real-time pipelines.
• Experience linking architecture decisions to business needs and client culture.
• Proven leadership of enterprise engineering teams and POC in design choices.
• Strong governance, security, and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess and advocate data management technologies to close gaps to future state.
• Deliver strategic plans for data integration, quality and delivery aligned to roadmaps.
• Articulate trade-offs across solutions to meet requirements.
• Lead data engineers through design, implementation, and best practices.
• Provide insights to executives to maximize value of client data.
