Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Data Architect to translate client business goals into scalable data delivery strategies. You will design end‑to‑end architectures, spanning ingestion, storage, and modeling, and guide implementation across on‑premises and cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, drive innovative data solutions, and mentor teams while aligning with CapTech's data governance practices and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing data management, integration, and analytics technologies.
• Advanced proficiency with end-to-end data architectures including ingestion, storage, and relational modeling.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data warehouses (Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Assess and advocate data management technologies aligning with future state.
• Deliver strategic plans for data integration, quality, and delivery supporting roadmaps.
• Articulate architectural trade-offs across options to meet requirements.
• Mentor staff and develop soft skills within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize data value across the organization.
• Lead thought leadership on emerging data trends and solutions.
