Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Lead Data Architect to shape enterprise data strategy across data modeling, storage, and governance. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure data architecture aligns with business goals and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include evaluating new data management tools, mentoring junior architects, enforcing standards, and guiding multi-system integration across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in data architecture, data management, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is essential.
• Certification in Data Management (CDMP) or cloud data engineer certifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of enterprise data strategies across data modeling, design, and implementation.
• Lead cross-department collaboration to harmonize data architecture across the company.
• Direct complex projects involving multiple data systems for seamless integration and performance.
• Establish robust data governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior data architects and teammates on advanced data management techniques.
• Promote adoption of Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Snowflake.
