RegEd is seeking a Data Architect to lead the design and evolution of a cloud-native data platform serving 200+ clients in a multi-tenant SaaS. You will steer the architecture of a metadata-driven data integration platform built on Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, and Unity Catalog, enabling flexible data ingestion through configurable mappings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data science and development.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
• Experience with Phyton, R, and SQL.
• Experience with Hadoop and Spark.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions such as AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and evolution of a cloud-native data platform serving 200+ clients in a multi-tenant SaaS.
• Lead architecture of a metadata-driven data integration platform using Databricks and cloud services.
• Collaborate with data engineering, platform engineering, and product teams to deliver features.
• Design Azure Data Factory and Databricks pipeline architecture and drive data governance.
• Develop and maintain governance policies and procedures.
