Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Data Architect to lead enterprise data strategy in a Tallahassee-based contract role. The candidate will design data models, governance, security, and integration across ERP/CRM systems and cloud platforms while guiding BI and analytics initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years of experience with major databases, strong data management skills, and expertise in SQL, Java/.NET, and metadata stewardship. On-site engagement with standard 8–5 hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with large and complex database systems.
• Experience in data archiving and reporting structures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish data architecture standards, policies and procedures for the organization.
• Ensure compliance and security across all data activities.
• Support application rollouts and select data management tools.
• Lead data quality and data management practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.
• Conduct business analysis, data acquisition, and access design.
• Design recovery and load strategies for DBMS.
