Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong SQL Server, C#, and SSIS experience to design and implement enterprise data solutions. You will optimize ETL processes, maintain the letter generation workflow, and support data warehousing initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Microsoft SQL Server development (T-SQL, stored procedures, optimization).
• 3+ years of C# development experience.
• 3+ years of SSIS development experience.
• EDI experience is a plus.
• Experience with Healthcare/Managed Care data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements complex enterprise software solutions across the business.
• Create, optimize, and re-engineer SQL Server objects and data transformations for ETL processes.
• Own and enhance the in-house letter application using C# and Word generation workflows.
• Develop and support SSIS packages for ETL and document conversion workflows.
• Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot jobs using ActiveBatch.
• Perform data analysis, testing, production support, and issue resolution.
