Responsibilities

• Lead data foundations implementation and AI-ready data landscape for Real Estate and Workplace Services.
• Design automated data pipelines to extract data from internal and external sources while ensuring high quality and integrity.
• Set up modern cloud data lakehouses to support real-time streams, AI-ready datasets, and data-mmesh architectures.
• Ensure adoption of data governance standards by implementing data contracts and automated quality checks.
• Design, build, and audit optimized SQL-based workflows and analytical queries in cloud data warehouses.

• Lead the implementation of data foundations, including high-performance models and reliable pipelines for real estate functions, to optimize data for artificial intelligence consumption.
• Design modern, automated data pipelines to extract data from various internal and external sources while ensuring high-quality, consistency, and structural integrity.
• Set up modern cloud data lakehouses to support a complex ecosystem of real-time streams, AI-ready datasets, and data-mesh architectures.
• Ensure the adoption of comprehensive data governance standards by implementing data contracts and automated quality checks across all real estate data assets.
