The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in content creation for provider resources, 3+ years in project management and Medicaid or compliance

• 5+ years of experience drafting provider content creation for resources, educational material, or trainings.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of Medicaid or compliance experience.
• Understanding of learning design principles for provider training and educational materials.
• Demonstrated experience building templates, standard documentation, policy, and procedures.

This role will also create and update content for provider manuals, orientation, and annual training materials for existing state contracts. Reporting to the Director, Contract Tools, Education, Processes you will also lead in the creation of new training as needed and support Medicaid provider learning needs through collaboration across business segments for course content input.
