Job summary

Kidde Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Reporting Analytics Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will partner with business leaders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions that meet business needs.

The role emphasizes KPI definitions, data governance, and stakeholder management while providing exposure to senior leadership and growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in business analytics, data & analytics or BI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where data and analytics can improve decision-making and business performance.
• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and translate objectives into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Document and maintain business processes, rules, data definitions, and metadata to support governance and delivery.
• Facilitate KPI alignment, metric definitions, reporting standards, and glossary requirements for consistency.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders to design and deliver scalable data products.
• Validate data quality and lineage across datasets, dashboards, and analytics solutions; drive issue resolution.
