Qualifications

• Eight years of related experience; six in the same job family at the next lower level, or an equivalent mix of education.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; ability to learn new online tools.
• Excellent reporting and data reconciliation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Extracts, reports and creates executive summaries from multiple data sources.
• Designs complex tables, macros, and queries for reporting.
• Develops reporting based on constituent and revenue data.
• Enforces data-cleaning and reconciliation rules across sources.
• Produces high-level analysis and summaries for senior leadership.
• Maintains financial and business data in databases and reconciles records.
• Investigates revenue-related data to ensure accuracy.
• Keeps best practices and documentation for analytics and reporting.
• Builds cross-team relationships and serves as data reporting resource.
• Interacts with external stakeholders on data requests.
