Job summary

Javvy Coffee Company is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to own the analytics delivery queue, remove bottlenecks, and keep dashboards shipping on time. You’ll be hands‑on in SQL and BI, partnered with data agencies, while managing timelines and stakeholders.

You’ll operate across finance, marketing, and operations, turning data into decisions and driving cross‑functional impact in a fast‑growing omnichannel startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, or business analytics.
• Strong SQL skills. You write and optimize queries and debug data issues.
• Advanced BI expertise with BigQuery and Looker/Tableau/PowerBI.
• Technical credibility with data pipelines, validation, and quality checks.
• A project management mindset: timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Cross-functional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience across multiple functions, especially finance and marketing.
• Experience managing vendors or coordinating with external teams.
• A track record of delivering quality work on schedule when requirements are ambiguous.
• Bonus: familiarity with subscription or DTC business models; CPG omnichannel data.

Responsibilities

• Build new dashboards and reports for finance, marketing, operations, and sales.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for analysis and reporting.
• Run analyses and models, supporting senior analytics leadership.
• Validate data quality and test deliverables against the data warehouse.
• Maintain the analytics project tracker, backlog, and timelines.
• Coordinate with external data agencies and manage vendor communication.
• Elevate complex or conflicting requests to management for scoping decisions.
