Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics to drive data-driven decisions across key initiatives including customer acquisition, carrier growth, and new product development. You will conduct rigorous analyses, lead A/B testing, and partner with marketing, product, and business development to translate insights into scalable strategies.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of consulting or operational analytics, strong SQL, and a proven ability to communicate with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or intellectually rigorous field.
• 2+ years of management consulting at a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) or equivalent in business analysis/operations.
• Strong SQL or advanced data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, product, & bizdev to apply customer insights to acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, extracting key insights to inform product and business strategies.
• Define, understand, and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency.
