Job summary

Mary’s Meals USA seeks a Senior Data and Analytics Manager to lead data analytics, reporting, governance and Salesforce administration. You will ensure donor, fundraising, operational, and financial data is accurate and securely accessible to guide strategy.

This hands-on leadership role supervises the CRM Lead and an analyst, partners with Finance, Development, Marketing and leadership, and builds executive dashboards to drive informed decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years in data analytics, reporting, or BI.
• At least 3 years Salesforce CRM experience; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Experience building dashboards; Power BI preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Location preference: Northern or Central New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide data analytics and KPI tracking.
• Manage Salesforce CRM and reporting optimization.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports for Leadership and Board.
• Collaborate with Finance, Development, Marketing, Ops and leadership.
• Strengthen data quality, security, and accessibility across data sources.
• Advance data governance and standardization.
• Supervise the CRM Lead and Operations Analyst.
• Support monthly financial and KPI reporting.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for leadership.
• Present findings to senior leadership.
