Job summary

Capital One, a leader in data-driven decision-making, seeks a Senior Manager to guide Enterprise Supplier Management analytics and data products. You will partner with Product, Technology, Risk, and Operations to drive strategic priorities and deliver scalable data solutions.

You will mentor a team of 4+ Data Analysts, shape data strategy, and influence tooling across the organization while maintaining a balance between risk management and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field plus 7+ years analytics, or Master’s plus 5+ years analytics.
• At least 5 years of professional data analysis experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies.
• At least 2 years of experience managing people.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the data ecosystem: Understand business needs and develop reports and data products.
• Establish data products and architecture in partnership with Product teams.
• Refine an enterprise-wide analytical tools validation framework.
• Plan and execute validation projects.
• Assess quality and risk of analytical tool methodologies across Capital One.
