Job summary

American Commercial Barge Line (ACBL) is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Analytics to own and lead the technical direction for data platforms. You will manage a cross‑skilled team, modernize data architecture, and partner with IT and business leaders to drive data‑driven decisions.

You will oversee staffing, strategy, and governance while balancing hands‑on technical credibility with project management and business partnering. Onsite in Jeffersonville, IN with relocation options.

Qualifications

• Leadership of Data & Analytics team with hiring, coaching and performance oversight.
• Experience guiding data stack evolution and modernization with IT and business leaders.
• Strong governance and data integrity practices across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the data analytics team's direction and initiatives.
• Guide modernization of data architecture; evaluate, plan and implement platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across reporting deliverables.
• Build project plans, timelines and milestones for data engineering and BI.
• Translate business questions into data and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet evolving needs of the organization and customers.
