Job summary

VB Spine in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics to modernize our data capabilities across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.

You will own a 12–24 month roadmap, establish future-state architecture, oversee dashboards and data products, and lead a growing team of analysts and engineers in a regulated medical device environment. The role combines strategic design with hands-on delivery, requiring strong cloud, SQL, Python skills, and experience building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading data analytics in manufacturing, supply chain, or regulated industries.
• Strong experience with Power BI, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a 12–24 month Data & Analytics modernization roadmap aligned with business priorities and post-separation operating model.
• Establish future-state analytics architecture, data platform strategy, semantic models, reporting standards, and self-service capabilities.
• Oversee delivery of dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytical models across manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance.
• Drive analytics governance, data quality initiatives, KPI standardization, and compliance in a regulated environment.
• Lead and scale a team of data analysts and engineers, including hiring and mentoring.
