Qualifications

• 8-10 years of analytics experience in data analysis, BI, or data science roles.
• Expert SQL proficiency and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python, R, SAS, or similar.
• Experience with federal contracting, including working within FAR-regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of NIST frameworks and federal data security standards.
• Dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Excellent communication skills translating data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of data analytics strategies aligned with federal program objectives.
• Perform statistical modeling, trend analysis, forecasting, and data mining on large datasets.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA/NIST).
• Present findings to government clients and translate results into operational recommendations.
• Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading; implement data quality checks.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage analytics workstreams.
• Develop automated workflows using Python, R, SQL to improve efficiency.
• Maintain adherence to federal cybersecurity and privacy requirements.
