Job summary

PEAK6 is seeking a Lead, Data Analytics within the FOCUS group to drive strategic data initiatives, build scalable analytics constructs, and enable executive decision-making. You will bridge data engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver measurable outcomes across P&C domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a quantitative field.
• Master's degree preferred in data-related areas.
• Certifications in analytics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects across underwriting, claims, distribution, and client experience.
• Architect scalable data models and pipelines; build executive dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Finance to translate needs into analytics plans; present findings to leadership.
• Provide mentorship and review work of junior analysts; promote data-driven decision making.
