CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Data & Statistics Lead to serve as the senior technical lead for data analysis, statistics, reporting, and decision support for Army TAP operations.

You will lead the design and sustainment of reports, dashboards, and executive briefings, ensuring data quality and actionable insights for government leadership and program teams. You will develop advanced analytics, forecast trends, and translate complex findings into decision-ready products, mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Strong statistics, data analysis, and applied analytics capabilities.
• Ability to present findings to customers and senior management.
• Proficient with Python and/or R for analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly).
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, validation, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, validation, and sustainment of reports, dashboards, scorecards, and briefings.
• Approve production-ready data products, analyses, visualizations, and executive briefings.
• Develop descriptive to prescriptive analytics to support Army TAP requirements.
• Lead data validation and quality assurance for metrics and reports.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote a data-driven culture.
