Job summary

CALIBRE is seeking a Data & Statistics Lead to serve as the senior technical lead for data analysis, statistics, reporting, and decision support for Army TAP operations in a high-volume, distributed environment.

You will lead the design and sustainment of reports, dashboards, and executive briefings, applying descriptive to prescriptive analytics and forecasting to improve performance and readiness.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in statistics, data analysis, and applied analytics.
• Ability to present findings to customers and senior management.
• Experience leading analytics teams or serving as senior technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, validation, and sustainment of reports and dashboards.
• Approve production-ready data products and executive briefings.
• Develop descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Translate findings into decision-ready outputs for leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts and support data governance.
