Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead in Oakwood, GA. This is an individual contributor role with broad functional leadership across business stakeholders and delivery partners, dentro the enterprise Data Analytics & AI organization.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of business strategies, processes, performance drivers, pain points, goals, and decision-making needs.
Experience in a similar role or substantial knowledge and ability to perform the responsibilities listed.
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary reporting and analytics partner for leaders across company functions.
Lead discovery sessions to translate requests into defined business problems, users, workflows, outcomes, and use cases.
Advise on how reporting, analytics, self-service, and models can improve visibility, decisions, efficiency, cost, margin, service, and performance.
Establish sponsorship, domain expertise, validation responsibility, and ongoing ownership for analytics products.
Help build operating models, processes, standards, governance, and delivery practices for enterprise reporting and analytics.
