Goosehead Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analytics and Insights Analyst in Texas to lead data model development, datasets, and dashboards, while mentoring junior team members. The role focuses on building a data-driven culture and delivering strategic analyses to guide company performance and trends.

The candidate will design data pipelines, optimize SQL queries, and act as Snowflake expert, partnering with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to C-suite executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role with large datasets.
• Advanced SQL, Tableau and data warehousing; Snowflake/Databricks.
• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, and Talent Acquisition reporting.
• Strong ability to translate technical insights for diverse stakeholders including executives.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of complex data models, datasets and interactive dashboards using Tableau.
• Perform in-depth analyses of large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop and present key business insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure BI solutions align with organizational objectives and business goals.
