Job summary

Ticketmaster is seeking a Manager, Product Analytics and Experimentation, remote in the US, to lead a scalable experimentation program. You will set standards, onboard teams, and partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Research and Analytics to embed experimentation in every product step.

You will oversee test design and analysis, build self‑service analytics resources, and deliver clear recommendations to shape product strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and executing a product experimentation program.
• Advanced statistical knowledge and test design.
• Ability to turn results into product recommendations.
• Hands-on use of Optimizely or similar platform.
• Strong communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the product experimentation program with governance.
• Set experimentation standards and onboard teams.
• Configure, QA, launch, and monitor experiments in Optimizely.
• Interpret results and translate into product roadmap decisions.
• Define and measure digital metrics aligned with business goals.
• Build analytics tools and self-service resources for teams.
