Qualifications

• 6+ years in Analytics / BI engineering.
• Hands‑on Tableau expertise for interactive dashboards with version control of workbooks and data sources.
• Proven experience designing complex semantic and dimensional models for business reporting.
• Hands‑on with Snowflake.
• Aurora MySQL (or Postgres) as relational store.
• Strong in Python and SQL.
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Version control (Git) and CI/CD applied to analytics and BI assets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards end‑to‑end, including data source creation, KPI definition, visualization, layout, and performance tuning.
• Build and maintain certified semantic models and data sources for a single trusted truth.
• Apply version control and CI/CD to dashboards and workbooks for reviewable changes across environments.
• Develop semantic and dimensional models (star/snowflake) optimized for query performance.
• Build and manage Snowflake data warehouses; model operational data from Aurora MySQL.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into dashboards and self‑service analytics.
• Write clean, testable Python and SQL code.
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and observability across assets.
• Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of cloud data infrastructure.
