Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to design, develop, test, and support Snowflake-based data solutions and Power BI reporting assets.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and help advance the enterprise data platform. The role blends business analysis, solution architecture, data engineering, and BI development, with opportunities to grow into a key technical resource within the Data & Analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Analytics or related field
• 7+ years in BI/analytics/data engineering/data warehousing
• 3+ years Snowflake development
• 3+ years Power BI development
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience designing dimensional data models and scalable reporting solutions
• Experience developing and supporting ETL/ELT solutions
• Proven ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate independently and manage complex projects

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
• Build and optimize ELT/ETL processes using modern data integration tools.
• Develop scalable dimensional and semantic data models.
• Support enterprise data architecture and modernization initiatives.
• Develop and support Power BI semantic models, dashboards, reports, and dataflows.
• Participate in architecture reviews and implement data quality, governance, and documentation best practices.
