Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze, model, and transform data, delivering actionable insights to guide business decisions. You will build dashboards with Power BI or Tableau, design ETL/ELT processes, and integrate data from multiple sources across AWS/Azure/GCP.

The role requires strong SQL/Python skills, experience with Databricks and Big Data technologies, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data analytics, including data analysis and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
• Practical experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience designing or maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience with Databricks and Big Data technologies is an advantage.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, urgent, and independent work mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and model data to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Use SQL and Python to query, transform, process, and analyze datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
• Design, implement, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows to support efficient data processing and integration.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency, reliability, and availability for analytical use cases.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform to support data solutions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of data models, analytical processes, and reporting capabilities.
• Apply appropriate data analysis practices to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to understand analytical needs and deliver relevant solutions.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrate initiative, prioritize competing demands, and respond effectively to urgent business requirements.
• Leverage Databricks and Big Data technologies where applicable to enhance data processing and analytics capabilities.
