Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analytics, data science, or data management in fintech or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with production-grade data systems experience.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling and dbt or similar tools.
• Experience with BI tools and executive dashboards.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine transaction monitoring logic and rules with compliance stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into production-grade detection logic and data pipelines.
• Develop Python and SQL pipelines for data prep and feature engineering.
• Evaluate detection performance using coverage, thresholds, and alert quality.
• Design reproducible historical analyses with limited labels and evolving behavior.
• Manage testing, deployment, and monitoring of detection workflows.
• Backfill historical data with validation and traceability.
• Deliver actionable business insights and dashboards for compliance performance.
