Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sr. Engineer, Data & Analytics to build the data foundation and analytics on top of it, delivering high-impact Power BI dashboards and semantic models that support customer experience, store performance, merchandising, and supply chain.

In this role, you will design end-to-end data flows in Microsoft Fabric, develop lakehouse and warehouse solutions, and partner with multiple teams to ensure data is trusted, accessible, and decision-ready for corporate and field leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics or related field.
• 5 years of experience across data engineering and analytics with Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms.
• Hands-on experience building production data pipelines and analytics.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate concepts to business.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and lakehouse solutions.
• Partner with business teams to define requirements and KPIs.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and security practices.
• Mentor teammates and promote data-driven decision making.
• Lead and participate in CI/CD for analytics assets.
