Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Project Data Development professional to support Maui’s long-term recovery by building and expanding database structures and updating the website front end to empower project teams.

You will partner with the Data and Systems Team to manage data and analytics, deliver internal and external metrics to program leads, and translate complex information into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years managing data and full-stack development in a large team.
• Ability to translate data into end-user insights and stories.
• Experience with GIS mapping and data visualization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Condense and compile project data to increase efficiency and reduce redundancy.
• Build backend database structures to support website development.
• Combine data from multiple sources to support forecasting and reporting.
• Provide timely status updates by aggregating external data sources.
