Brown and Caldwell in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Project Data Development specialist to build and expand data systems, support website front end updates, and deliver internal and external metrics for project leads.

You will work with the Data and Systems Team to manage data, ensure accuracy, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED is required.
• Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience managing data and full stack development within a large team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Information Systems/Technology, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Condense and compile project data from multiple sources to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.
• Build backend database structures to support new data additions during website development.
• Combine data from various sources to support forecasting and reporting for program leads.
• Combine data from various sources to support timely status updates for external metrics.
• Adapt and perform additional tasks as needs evolve.
