Job summary

Vanscoy Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Data & Analytics Engineering to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure and reporting capabilities. You will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to define data requirements, develop scalable pipelines, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and accuracy, with mentorship responsibilities for junior analysts and engineers and involvement in AI-enabled analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Data Analytics.
• Minimum of 5 years of data engineering experience focusing on Microsoft Azure and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Oversee data storage solutions (data lakes/warehouses) for organized, secure access.
• Create and deliver data files and dashboards to stakeholders using Power BI.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, business stakeholders, and leadership to meet data needs.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines and governance to ensure quality and compliance.
• Mentor junior data engineers and analysts; stay updated on Azure and analytics trends.
