Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is hiring a hands-on Principal Data & Analytics Engineer in Houston, TX (hybrid). You will design and deliver production data solutions, build ETL/ELT pipelines, and develop analytics capabilities using Azure and Databricks.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, Pharmacy, and Clinical Operations to translate business needs into reliable data logic, implement data quality and monitoring, and mentor other engineers in modern data practices.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL, data engineering, and analytics engineering capabilities.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end data solutions independently.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, and Azure Data Factory.

Responsibilities

• Own complex data solutions from discovery to production support.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics products using Azure Databricks and SQL.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define data logic and data quality.
