Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a data engineering and automation-minded professional for our Internal Audit & SOX IAS team in Malvern, PA. You will design data pipelines and automate analytics infrastructure to improve assurance and efficiency across the control environment.

Qualifications

• BS or higher in a related field or equivalent experience in data analytics and engineering.
• Strong coding, data modeling, and pipeline development skills.
• Experience designing scalable data solutions and analytics infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for analytics and automation.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and data models.
• Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline audit workflows.
• Support reporting front-ends using Streamlit hosted on cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams on cloud and data platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement via automation and data insights.
• Stay current with GenAI, RPA, AI/ML and related technologies.
