Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines is required.
• 3-5 years of experience with data analysis, including distilling complex data sets and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Help clients set a strategy to optimize current performance and embed performance into their culture.
• Account management for 4-8 Enterprise clients, managing relationships, delivering value, and running customer touchpoint meetings.
• Present digital experience performance strategies, findings, and recommendations to audiences from developers to executives.
• Work as an extension of the client's team and Dynatrace product through ad-hoc analysis, testing initiatives, and training.
• Create detailed analyses from Digital Experience and Business Analytics data via reporting, dashboards, or technical expertise.
• Represent the client within Dynatrace for DEM issues and provide feedback to product teams to influence roadmaps.
• Collaborate to improve processes, identify training gaps, and share ideas.
