Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with strong analytics experience.
• 5+ years of professional data analysis work.
• 5+ years leading and developing with open source data technologies.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive current and future Compliance Testing tooling and analytical strategy.
• Plan and execute Compliance Testing analytical projects.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess tools risks and opportunities in analytical environments.
• Research and prototype industry best practices for analytics tools.
• Communicate results clearly via reports and presentations.
• Develop solutions with education and training opportunities.
