Geode Capital Management, a Boston-based global systematic investment manager, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Data to lead enterprise data capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders, translate complex business needs into detailed requirements, and collaborate with data engineers and product teams across the solution lifecycle.

The role emphasizes data quality, APIs, and governance in a high-impact asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in business/data analysis or related roles
• Experience gathering/documenting requirements for enterprise data, reporting, analytics, or technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data governance, data quality, and API integrations

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize data-related requirements
• Analyze current data processes, flows, and workflows to identify improvements
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineers, Architects, and Operations throughout delivery lifecycle
• Support expansion of operational data stores and related enterprise data capabilities
