Job summary
Experis is hiring a Sr. Solution Architect for Data, Analytics & AI to lead the end-to-end architecture across Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI.
You will govern production-grade data platforms, drive semantic/MDM governance, and enable trustworthy AI pipelines within a business-first framework. You will own the Snowflake architecture and integration decisions, partner with engineering and data science teams, and shape a scalable, governed data ecosystem for advanced analytics and AI
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture/analytics or closely related fields.
- 5+ years hands-on Snowflake architecture and engineering experience.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade data platforms on Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Strong background in data lakehouse architectures and medallion patterns (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end solution architecture for data, analytics, and AI across Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Serve as the primary Snowflake SME for architecture and integration decisions.
- Govern Fabric-to-Snowflake transition by validating partner deliverables against production outputs.
- Architect semantic/ontology, MDM, and governance aspects for trusted BI and AI.
- Build data infrastructure for AI/ML workloads with governed pipelines and RAG-enabled processes.
