Job summary

Credence is seeking a Data Analytics and AI Integrator to lead data analytics, automation, AI/ML initiatives across the SAF/CN support program. The role requires coordinating across cybersecurity, policy, and enterprise IT, aligning with government standards, and ensuring secure, explainable analytics ready for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive experience in data analytics, data engineering or architecture, AI/ML, automation, enterprise IT, cybersecurity analytics, or related fields.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and coordinating enterprise initiatives across organizations.
• Ability to take Data or AI initiatives from use-case definition through design, pilot, evaluation, implementation, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of responsible-AI, data governance, cybersecurity, privacy, records management, cloud, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience developing or overseeing executive dashboards, analytical models, and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate contractor Data and AI execution across multiple SAF divisions and management activities.
• Serve as principal contractor interface for cross-cutting Data and AI matters with stakeholders to align with enterprise standards.
• Establish an integrated Data and AI roadmap, use-case inventory, and delivery backlog linked to mission outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams of data analysts, data engineers, data architects, cybersecurity specialists, cloud architects, automation developers, and SMEs.
• Translate analytic findings into executive briefings, papers, and implementation recommendations.
