Eco Capital is seeking an experienced On-Site Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics across operations, sales, inventory, fulfillment, and product performance. You will transform data from Fishbowl, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other systems into actionable insights to improve decision-making, efficiency, and financial performance.

The role focuses on scalable reporting, KPI development, data standards, and partnering with leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, BI, or operations analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and querying data from multiple sources.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas and data modeling.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Salesforce and Fishbowl preferred.
• Strong data governance, KPI development, and reporting best practices.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.

Job Summary

Eco Capital is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented On-Site Senior Data Analyst to lead the analysis of operational, sales, inventory, fulfillment, and product performance data. This role will transform complex datasets from Fishbowl, Salesforce, snowflake and other business systems into actionable insights that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

The Senior Data Analyst will develop scalable reporting solutions, establish data standards, define key performance indicators, and partner with leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and can communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Business Intelligence

• Analyze large and complex datasets across inventory, sales, fulfillment, customer service, returns, warranties, and product performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and executive-level performance summaries using Fishbowl, Salesforce, and business intelligence tools.
• Define, track, and standardize key performance indicators across departments.
• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and business opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics, including order accuracy, lead times, inventory turnover, return rates, warranty claims, customer satisfaction, and product performance.
• Conduct root-cause, variance, cohort, and trend analyses to explain performance changes and support strategic decisions.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Data Management and Reporting

• Integrate and reconcile data from Fishbowl, Salesforce, Snowflake, spreadsheets, and other internal systems.
• Establish standards for data definitions, reporting logic, documentation, and quality control.
• Validate the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability of business data and reporting outputs.
• Identify data-quality issues and partner with system owners to implement sustainable corrections.
• Build repeatable data models and reporting processes that reduce manual work and improve access to trusted information.
• Maintain clear documentation for dashboards, metrics, data sources, and analytical methodologies.

Strategic and Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with leadership and teams across operations, sales, finance, customer service, supply chain, and product management to identify analytical needs.
• Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and measurable outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through dashboards, reports, and concise data-driven narratives.
• Advise stakeholders on KPI development, reporting best practices, and the appropriate interpretation of data.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and performance-management initiatives.
• Mentor team members and promote data literacy and analytical best practices across the organization.

Process Improvement

• Recommend data-backed improvements that streamline operations, reduce costs, improve customer satisfaction, and strengthen business performance.
• Evaluate internal workflows and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and improved data collection.
• Measure the impact of implemented changes and provide ongoing performance analysis.
• Contribute analytical support for new product launches, system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience querying, transforming, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and automation.
• Demonstrated experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a similar business intelligence platform.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, inventory, or operational systems; experience with Salesforce and Fishbowl is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization, KPI development, data governance, statistical analysis, and reporting best practices.
• Proven ability to identify business trends, conduct root-cause analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience automating reports and improving data workflows.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect analytical findings to operational and financial outcomes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex findings to nontechnical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and independent problem-solving ability.
• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Experience in manufacturing, energy, electronics, supply chain, or a related industry is preferred.
