Job summary

Eco Capital is seeking an experienced On-Site Senior Data Analyst to lead analytics across operations, sales, inventory, fulfillment, and product performance. You will transform data from Fishbowl, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other systems into actionable insights to improve decision-making, efficiency, and financial performance.

The role focuses on scalable reporting, KPI development, data standards, and partnering with leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics, BI, or operations analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and querying data from multiple sources.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas and data modeling.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Salesforce and Fishbowl preferred.
• Strong data governance, KPI development, and reporting best practices.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, CS, economics, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets across inventory, sales, fulfillment, returns, and product performance.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports for executives using BI tools.
• Define, track, and standardize KPIs across departments.
• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into recommendations.
• Monitor operational metrics: order accuracy, lead times, inventory turnover, returns, warranty claims, customer satisfaction.
• Conduct root-cause, variance, cohort, and trend analyses to explain performance changes.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Integrate data from Fishbowl, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other systems; maintain data definitions and quality controls.
