Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain analytics team within the Enterprise Data & Analytics organization. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that drive supply‑chain strategy.

You will lead analytical projects, mentor analysts, and collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business partners to deliver data products and recommendations at leadership level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI; Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and business teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project-management skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of retail concepts and the ability to work with retail data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex analytical projects from inception through completion.
• Transform and distill high-complexity business inquiries into innovative analytical solutions, aligning data teams and business clients.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data infrastructure supports analytical needs.
• Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to leadership through reports and presentations.
• Use SQL, Power BI, and other analytical tools to support supply-chain analytical requests.
• Conceptualize, build, and operationalize data products per business needs, leading a group of analysts, scientists, engineers, and BI professionals.
• Research and troubleshoot problems related to deployed analytical solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest data technologies, best practices, and retail industry trends.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
